Private Investor Forms and Disclosures
The Private Investor forms below are required to be provided to a private investor under Chapter 645B of the Nevada Revised Statutes and its related regulation. The forms make the required disclosure easier to understand and comply with existing law.
Forms A, B and D are required to be provided to a private investor when he or she is providing money to invest in or make a new loan.
Forms A, C and E are required to be provided to a private investor when he or she is providing money to invest in or acquire ownership of an existing loan.
A mortgage company that engages in private investor activity must use these forms.
